Amy began her career in real estate in 2022, after moving to Richmond VA from the Czech Republic. Living overseas for 10 years, she learned the art of flexibility, constant problem solving and the value of hard work. This background helped her assimilate into the real estate world where she has spent the past 2 years learning various roles and acquiring her real estate license.
She is tenacious and organized, clearing obstacles for others and enjoys galvanizing people towards a common goal. She has worked cross culturally, recognizing the differences between cultures and backgrounds and the importance of bridging the gap between them.
Amy is Jess’ assistant, but also can be seen in several different roles on the Mac & Co team. She enjoys business strategy, attention to detail, executive support, getting things done, research, operations, staying one step ahead and helping others. She has been married for 27 years to her husband, Matt, and they have 4 kids. On the side, Amy enjoys exercising, knitting, quality time together, Colorado, and good friends.
